  • Little Beat Makers

    ワークショップのあとにも引き続きご自宅でビート作りに励めるよう、携帯やタブレットなどのデバイスをご持参下さい。

    ■使用アプリケーション
    koalaというアプリケーションを使い、どのように音楽を作っていくかを学びます。
    日本語版は800円、英語版は$4.99でダウンロードが可能です。

    ■推奨年齢
    7歳から12歳
    *保護者の方はドロップオフ＆ピックアップOKです。傍観者としてご参加頂けますが、椅子のご用意はお子様参加者のみとなりますのでご了承ください。

    ■講師について
    ロサンゼルス、ボストンを中心に活躍するビートメーカー、SRCFLP (ソースフリップ) が講師をつとめます。 ワークショップは参加者の希望に応じて、英語、日本語両方対応致します。

    ■申込方法

    We're kicking off a beat creation workshop for young beat makers!
    Wednesday, March 1st, 5pm - 6:30pm.
    This "Intro to Beat Making" workshop will be led by SRCFLP, a beat maker who creates and performs music worldwide. We will use the Koala app during the workshop, going over the basic features and how to make a beat from start to finish. Please bring your device (Phone or Tablet), so you can continue making beats after the workshop.
    The Koala app is available for download for $4.99.
    Recommended age for participation: 7-12 years old.
    Parents and Guardians can drop off and pick up the kids, but they are also welcome to observe. But please note chairs are only available for the kid participants.

  • Spatial Sound (空間音響) リスニング実験

    空間音響（スペーシャルサウンド）って何？
    3/5, 2-4pmにSee Em Why Kにて、空間音響実験を行います。
    MIT (マサチューセッツ工科大学)の教授であり、MITの空間音響ラボ所長である、イアン・コンドリー氏（DJ名 Leftroman）がボストンから来日！
    日本のヒップホップやアニメ文化に関する著書を持つ、文化人類学の教授であるコンドリー氏が、ミニマムなセットで出来るカジュアルな空間音響実験を行います。
    立体音響ってどんな感じ？体験したい方は是非お越しください。
    参加は無料です。

    Leftroman (MIT Spatial Sound Lab, USA) Professor Ian Condry aka Leftroman, is a cultural anthropologist at MIT who has written two books,: “Hip Hop Japan” and “The Soul of Anime.” He will perform live in quadraphonic (4-channel) sound, including his original electronic music, as well as quadraphonic music by others, old and new.
